How do I earn more?

The more people you bring in, the more rewards you’re likely to earn. You can also tell people to support with subscriptions or use the Impakt Cashbot to grow your audience while you sleep. Check the Best Practices page - it’s your playbook for getting more invites (and more earnings).

Why did my “Earnings Pending” go down?

“Earnings Pending” go down due to refunds, cancellations and chargebacks.

“Earnings Projected” go down due to refunds, cancellations and chargebacks.

When do I get paid?

Anytime you hit the $200 minimum earnings available - you can withdraw.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

No cap. The bigger you grow, the more you earn.

How do I track my referrals?

View your invites and earnings anytime through your dashboard.

Can I change my profile link?

Yes, you need to change your username and it will give you a new link.

What happens if someone signs up without using my profile?

They won’t count. Make sure they find Impakt through your profile. They’ll still count even after leaving your profile as long as your profile is the first page that they see in the last 24 hours from sign up.

Do I still earn if my referral uses a promo code?

Yes, definitely!

How long does it take for earnings to show up?

It should reflect on your dashboard immediately.

What if my referral cancels early?

You’ll still earn referral commissions for the time they were paid.

Are bonuses/rewards permanent or limited-time?

They can change - depends on what promo’s live.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

Open the App → Go to Earn Tab → Withdraw

Can I convert KOIN to withdrawable earnings?

No, KOIN can’t be withdrawn. It can only be used within the app.

How can I use my KOIN?

You can use them to repair your streak or buy digital services in the Marketplace (click on your Koins).

Can I earn even if I’m on a free account?

Yes, definitely!

Why is my earnings pending?

Your earnings are pending as it’s still processing and will be available after a 60-day settlement time.

How else can I earn bonuses?

You can earn extra bonuses by becoming a Supporter.
